In 2012, CSX Transportation named Edgecombe County’s Kingsboro “mega site” one of its “CSX Select Sites.” Located about equidistant between the ports of Norfolk, Wilmington and Morehead City, with easy access to I-95 the site is currently home to a QVC Distribution Center.
QVC Distribution Center
The Kingsboro QVC facility is one of four distribution centers in the country and is capable of packing and shipping more than 300,000 packages per day. The facility measures 1.2 million SF and is situated on 293 acres in Edgecombe County.
