Davidson County Law Enforcement Center
The Davidson County Law Enforcement Center includes two buildings – a main building and an auxiliary facility. The main building houses ten sheriff’s office divisions. In addition to new offices, the building includes a 1,200-SF training room, a physical fitness area, property and evidence storage space, a patrol squad meeting room, and an 1,800-square-foot break room, dining hall and lounge space. The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office utilizes an environmentally friendly design featuring a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system which delivers refrigerant at variable rates and exact amounts to spaces that need it, meeting the heating and cooling needs of the building with increased precision and efficiency.
Measuring approximately 55,000 SF the facility is housed on 5.2 acres.
