The Bridgers Building is located in historic, downtown Tarboro, NC. The building was carefully renovated and reconstructed into a mixed-use development including retail and residential space. The Bridgers Building includes 11 residential units and six commercial/retail spaces. Barnhill was required to closely monitor and adhere to the Department of Interior standards because the project utilized historic tax credits in the owner’s business model.
