This project included the construction of a new 5,000-square-foot Bailey’s Fine Jewelry at the Fenton mixed-use development in Cary, NC. The upfit of this new store location included new partitions, storefront, hard and acoustical ceilings, millwork, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing.
