BusinessNC Names Optimist Hall to List of Top Projects!

Optimist Hall has been named to BusinessNC’s List of Best New Structures in the Redevelopment category. The structure spans 147,000square feet of a redeveloped gingham mill and includes a food hall, retail, restaurant and office space. Located between Uptown and NoDa in Charlotte, the mixed-use development has an industrial feel with brick and beam interiors and includes the mill’s hardwood floors and 14-foot ceilings dating from 1892.
